How the Waiver Works
- You will enter the information below and click "Create Waiver".
- A waiver landing page will be created and you will be given a Web URL. ( ie. https://waiver.zeeksquad.com/?MQ== )
- You will give the Web URL to your students in order to access your live stream. DO NOT give or post the link directly to your stream anymore, use the Web URL.
- When your student reads, completes, and submits the form a) they will be redirected to your live stream, b) the student information will be emailed to you for your records, and c) acknowledgement of the signed waiver is sent to the student.
- The Waiver is hosted on a Secure Site. ZeekSquad.com does not and will not keep, track, or otherwise store your student information. Please mark waiver@zeeksquad.com as a safe sender so emails do not end up in Spam / Junk Folder.
